Overall a great place to live! The floor plans are spacious, great amenities, quiet apartments, pet-friendly, and close proximity to Target, grocery store, and anything else you might need. The apartment itself was in great shape when we moved in. Nice appliances and very clean.

The Reserve at West T-Bone has been a wonderful place to live! My husband is a doctoral student, and this complex has been a nice quiet oasis outside of the louder college atmosphere. The gym and community center are perfect for us, and the complex puts on monthly events to get to know your neighbors better (with free food and beer, to boot). The Reserve is conveniently located to everything you need in Greeley! My favourite part of the complex is the apartments themselves. The walls are fairly thick, so you don’t hear your neighbors, and the finishings are high end. I originally had low expectations for Greeley, and this apartment has raised the bar. I would absolutely recommend renting here!

This complex is very quiet, which is needed for me as a graduate student. There is a bunch of storage space, even more than I could need. The staff is helpful when it comes to any problems and they are informative with any events going on in the complex or any changes that are noted. Overall would highly recommend The Reserve!

First off, this is the first time I’ve ever lived in an apartment. I didn’t know what to expect out of living so close to other people, but surprisingly enough, it doesn’t feel like you are. The walls are pretty thick so you don’t have to hear the neighbors argue about whose turn it is to walk the dog. The interior is super nice and feels like a home. Plus, the billing process is super easy through their online portal. My favorite thing about this place is the fiber optic 1 GB internet speeds. Hope this helps.

Just picked up my keys and I can’t express enough what an easy transition and experience this has been so far. I dealt a lot with Paityn and Alba and they were both so helpful and went above and beyond on working with me and making sure everything went smoothly. Unit is perfect and I am so excited for this change!

We recently visited these units, and the staff was so amazing! Alba was so sweet and helpful. She showed us 2 different units and answered all of our questions. Units are enormous, clean, and luxurious. We definitely will make this our home this summer. Thank you, Alba!!!

Diana is so caring for the residents. We have live here for nearly 8yrs. Been so happy living here. They care about the property and
apartment up keep. It is a very clean place to live!!

I love living here! The staff is very helpful and timely when completing requests. I was one of the last people to move into the new apartments, and I still received the same courtesy as if I was the first. They also worked with me for several months prior and knew me by name. The residents there are very pleasant and mostly quiet. The apartments are located in a clean, safe area of Greeley and are close to many shopping areas so you do not have to go far for necessities. The floor plan is spacious and I have plenty of storage space. Being dog-friendly is also a plus because there are not a lot of locations that have this accommodation. This is by far the best apartment I have lived in – I cannot say enough good things!
