Pet Policy at The Reserve at West T-Bone
- A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per apartment, subject to current breed restrictions.
- Current vaccination records and a photo of the pet must be provided at move-in. Certain breed restrictions may apply.
- Dogs and cats are allowed with approval from the leasing office. Any animal kept in the apartment must be approved by the leasing office before move-in.
- Assistance animal requests are reviewed in accordance with applicable fair housing requirements. Contact the leasing team for current screening and documentation procedures.
- Pets must be spayed/neutered.
- Pets must be leashed at all times.
- Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of properly.
